Having only re-opened three days ago with a new chef, I feel very lucky to have experienced a sensational meal here. If the Creamy Mushroom Puff Pastry is anything go by, their meals are top class. The tropical poolside setting is perfect, lovely ambient music masking the neighbouring dance club music, attentive waiters all made for a truly memorable evening. The mocktails were refreshing – Watermelon Ade & Mint Julep, Caramel Diva for dessert was delicious. Don’t miss an opportunity to taste their new menu.

The access is a challenge, however once in it is an oasis from the madding crowds of Baga & Calangute. The outdoor fine dine section is truly magical in its setting. The food is awesome. Every mouthful is a sensual experience with waves of taste assailing the senses. We were fortunate to be privy to Yellow Mehra & partner putting on a great salsa show. It completed the evening for us.

Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in Goa. Fiesta never fails to impress when it comes to its food. The place has a more rustic sort of seating in its shack-like section and a quieter, open-air seating by the pool. The place looks really nice but the main reason we go to Fiesta is because of the food. The pizzas are large and one of the best in Goa. The mains are just as good. Dessert wise, don’t miss the tiramisu. Yes, it might be slightly pricier than other restaurants in Goa but for the quality of food, I feel it is definitely worth it.

Totally revamped & Stylish the new fiesta boasts of an amazing poolside fine dining experience. Beautiful interiors adorn the property and give the guests a truly romantic & private experience. The cuisine is perfected to incorporate all the European flavours.
